| Description |
|
| The imitation tile panel PERFIMUR is formed by two pre-lacquered steel sheets, outlined in such a way that the outer panel sheet has a similar shape to that of a traditional “canon” tile. Then, the sheets outline rigid polyurethane foam is injected, resulting in a high insulating panel. It is also a great substitute for the traditional tile cover due to its easy installation and great aesthetic power.
This panel installation is done through screws having their head of the same colour of the panel. From doing so, attachments remain almost invisibles from the cover.

| IMPORTANT: For a perfect installation it is important to fix the screws in the position shown in the previous picture. Besides, it is highly recommended to screw the panel using distances lower than 0.90m. For an ideal installation, a distance between supports no better than 1m is recommended. |

| Steel |
|
| PERFIMUR uses high-quality pre-lacquered steels. Steel galvanized sheet Z225 by zinc immersion (Sendzimir process), S/N EN1042 and DX51D quality of 0.6 mm thickness and pre-lacquering covering depending on needs (polyester, plastisol, PVDF, etc.). |

| This outer panel sheet colour is red tile RAL 8004. It can be produced in other colours if previously asked and studied (aged tile, etc.).
The inner sheet is pre-lacquered by the white colour “Pirineos” 1006. PERFIMUR also offer its clients the wood-imitating inner finish.

| All the accessories needed for the correct installation and finishing of imitated tile panel, such as finishes, sidewalls, eaves covers and lintels, are specifically designed for the decorative tile panel PERFIMUR, and it is available to the client that requires it. |
